New audiobook release: Olly & The Spores of Oak Hill now available

I’m excited to announce that Olly & The Spores of Oak Hill (Book 1) just released as an audiobook on several platforms including Audible/Amazon, Spotify, NOOK, Kobo, and Google Play. You can see retailers/links below, or purchase a Spotify redemption code directly from me (a paid Spotify membership is NOT required to redeem).

The audiobook is 6.7 hours long, and was narrated by Ben Hauck. Ben is an animated voiceover artist, author, improv comedian, and actor from NYC. You may have seen Ben on the Emmy Award-winning HBO variety series Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, where he’s been the stand-in for the host for 9 seasons. Now you get to listen to Ben become “Olly” Appleton, the book’s main character, as well as all of the other characters in the book including Ember and the Spores.

I discovered Ben by chance and picked him for his young-sounding, animated, and versatile voice. While working on the audiobook, I came to learn that Ben was a local Ohioan at one time, originally living in Ohio (Mansfield) before moving to New York City.
