Olly & the Spores of Sapphire Creek wins the Pre-teen category

Los Angeles-based American Book Fest announced the winners and finalists of The 2024 American Fiction Awards. Winners and finalists were announced in over 70 genre specific categories.
I am proud to have been named the WINNER of the “Pre-teen” category, and be listed with a prestigious group of past laureates like Pope Francis, Amy Tan, Anne Lamott, George Sanders, Julie Andrews, Clive Barker, Vanessa Williams, Shark Tank’s Daymon John, Brad Thor, Kitty Kelley, and many others.
The Olly & the Spores book series also recently won The 2024 Golden Wizard Book Prize, renowned as the top children’s book awards program globally. Book 2 has also been named a finalist in the 18th annual National Indie Excellence Awards.
